SCIENCE AND ARTS FESTIVAL
17—24 AUGUST 2002, HOBART, TASMANIA

What's happening?

Science in Salamanca focuses on three key events and three concurrent exhibitions that are linked through a science / art trail. The trail winds through the festival venues, the waterfront and businesses of Salamanca.

The scientific themes of Science in Salamanca, marine ecology, Antarctica, genetics and nutrition are explored through the artistic interpretations of the work of ten Tasmanian scientists.
